Okay. In going down this Hector Balderas hole, I’ve found much much more than I imagined, and Hector’s the least of it. He was a local “useful idiot,” and absolutely corrupt in all the predictable “hire my friend through my cousin’s state contract my other buddy got him” ways. But the people pulling the strings on halting the NM investigation into Epstein’s Zorro Ranch are much more powerful than Balderas, or anyone in New Mexico government. The reason those more powerful folks wanted all investigation stopped was not the rapes or the child sex trafficking, or even the murders of ‘foreign girls’. It was — and is — something much MUCH bigger that all of that, something that used the rapes and trafficking as a tool of coercive control against powerful men — kompromat. The investigation was not stopped to protect those compromised men. The real power behind all this cares as little for them as it does for the girls they raped. The investigation was stopped to protect the THING those powerful men being compromised enabled the MORE POWERFUL entity TO DO. And that, my friends, is nothing more and nothing less than a quiet, invisible acquisition of the United States of America, a nearly bloodless and mostly undetectable (or plausibly deniable) takeover of nearly all the USA’s institutions, by a man who has long hated this country, and who plays a very, very long, very complicated game of chess. And he had the help of everybody’s favorite genocidal government, starting in the 1980s, and starting right here in New Mexico, at Sandia National Labs. What I’m finding is truly hair-raising.
