Nobody deploys a former lieutenant governor and a tenured professor with an NEH grant against a journalist whose work doesn't matter.

Nobody files social media harassment campaigns against reporting that isn't landing anywhere important.

Nobody tries to discredit a journalist's mental health history and her father's politics because the documents are wrong.

They do it because the documents are right.

And I keep digging.
