I actually feel this 100%. Like, if I never ate it again, I'd probably be okay. That said, I still have 1/2 pan left and will....absolutely be eating it again. There are some recipes I develop out of curiosity to push myself to enjoy what I think I don't (i.e. brisket, short ribs, sweet potatoes), and sometimes I change my own mind.
