Lately I’ve noticed how quickly I move into problem-solving mode, even with my writing (which is very rarely a thing to solve, honestly). And I miss the feeling of just dropping in and letting words come through me without trying to shape it immediately.
So I decided to build a day around that feeling. In-person, here in Eastern MA!
At the end of June, I’m co-hosting a small retreat where we’ll use breathwork to quiet the nervous system (something I’m very new to myself) and then move straight into writing from that softer, more open place.
There will be no pressure to perform, just an intentionally-created space to listen for your own voice again.
There will also be good food, time outside, and that particular kind of quiet energy that only happens when everyone in a room is creating together.
