Day 10 - of Story & Thread
Reading Story & Thread is like curling up under a gorgeous, cosy blanket and soaking up inspiration from the fibres. Lyndsay writes ostensibly about home interiors, but in exploring the way we live she also examines how we live, how we build spaces for self-nourishment and for creativity, and how we bring our way of life in line with the seasons.
Incidentally, when I started this calendar, Lyndsay was one of the accounts I wrote off as having too big a following to be included. There's a lesson here in not assuming that everyone else is definitely way further ahead than you! Luckily, I looked at her profile and realised she didn't have the thousands of subscribers I'd expected, so now I get to share her beautiful writing with you.
