Such an important reminder. I often worry that only 270 subscribers is a sign of failure. But gosh, how incredible it would feel if 270 people turned up to a bookstore to hear me read. We forget the numbers are people sometimes, especially when we're overwhelmed by all the stories of writers whose subs are in 6 figures. Ok, maybe I'm not Taylor Swift packing out the O2, but I've filled a decent sized hall, and that's pretty amazing!
