Make money doing the work you believe in

Dear Substack,

This past week has been particularly up and down and sideways as far as the inside of my brain goes, and when I started thinking of how to describe it to a friend, this video popped into my head.

The video in my head, yes, not one that was already made. I made this video to get the one in my head to be visible to others.

So of course, instead of doing one of the other 500 things on my to do list, I did this side quest!

*Before you watch this, (unless you did what I would do and jumped straight to watching the clip before reading,) note that “the inside of my head” means how I’m feeling at any given time, and “help” means any substance that “helps” it not be that way.

Examples of “help” at present may include: jogging, exercising, punching pillows, screaming into pillows, wine, whining, any supplements I can find that may or may not help, and gummy bears. (Note that some are healthier than others, and some help at certain times, while at others not at all.)

Ideally, some kind of “real” medication may be included in this list for what I believe is ADHD, but still hasn’t yet happened.

Anyway, thanks for reading my mini diary post and watching the dumb way I chose to spend an hour and a half. 😅
