P.S. All the pro-President/VP signs and billboards that used to run all along the 101 North from SoCal to NorCal are GONE. I’ve done this drive a million times the last few years because my son is in college in NorCal, and that part of the trip was so depressing — and yesterday I was SINGING all the way here.

It’s probably because the cost of gas is so high — and not because people are realizing they’d be happier if they lived and let live and loved and let love, and took care of their neighbors, and believed all people should be treated with dignity and respect — but if the foundation crumbles, it crumbles.

We’ll take it and build something new. Signs of life, friends. Don’t give up.
