Funny. I just spent over an hour just now talking with Lloyd Chambers who has used a BEMER unit for the last 6 years with amazing results. It sounds whacky, but Lloyd has a degree in science from Stanford and he was skeptical as well, but swears by it. Lloyd is willing to loan me his unit. Another friend swears by it too. Have you had personal experience with it?
I've had my BEMER for 10 years now and love it, I had several issues that prompted me to purchase one. Now I sell them. Anything that improves circulation and delivery oxygen would definietly help to speed up the clearing of any bleeding. You may also want to look into short sessions of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT):
