I am learning to listen to my own energy, emotions, and finite time as informers of my decisions. I am holding onto capacity being my guide… just because I can doesn’t mean I should. When I make decisions based on capacity, my life is pleasantly full and sustainable. I feel peaceful, capable, and grounded.
