I love hosting my Wellness Wednesday Live cooking classes here on Substack for my subscribers. Here’s a glimpse of the class. I riffed on a classic minestrone, adding cannellini beans and some fennel sausage to a simple base of leeks, celery, and parsnips. Delicious and satisfying! :)
