Every morning around 7.45am UK time, when I’ve finished my meditation and the sun is just peeping over the horizon here in Scotland, I’m saying this prayer and have been for a couple of weeks now.

Let’s get as many of us as possible saying it at the same time as these intentions going out into the universe make a difference, as has been proven over and over again by the work of Lynne McTaggart. Our words and intentions matter.

May Teri Leigh 💜 and Neil Cunningham 🫧 be safe and well and find courage and love in their hearts to see them through these difficult times.

May the people of Minnesota and all of the people of America be safe and well and find courage and love in their hearts to see them through these difficult times.

May all of the people in all of the troubled places in our world be safe and well and find courage and love in their hearts to see them through these difficult times.

May everyone in all the world be safe and well and find courage and love in their hearts to see them through these difficult times. To accept our differences and realise our shared humanity.

May we all keep strong in the face of this darkness and know that love and light will come again.
