“How did you live in the United States for 20 years illegally while being friends with the First Lady and having connections with people close to the President?”

This is one of the questions I receive the most.

But my story is not a conspiracy theory. It is a real fact.

And perhaps the bigger question is:

How many immigrants are living stories that no one knows about because they don’t have a voice, influence, or enough resources to be heard?

Immigration has many layers that many people never see.

There are people who worked, built families, contributed to society, and still had their lives reduced to a simple label.

I am sharing my story because I believe that, before judging, people need to know the facts.
