Make things open: it makes things better. The chart which illustrates this post wasn’t standardised for practice size. It was the very first one I had made and when I moved to practice list size that was an obvious thing to do but I forgot to go back to this one. A reader spotted this and queried it. He was right. It was not intentional. Now fixed. And a PPS acknowledging the GDS design principle which works especially well here.
