Happy Sunday! Last day of the week, and the LA Marathon is happening this morning. Hope everyone racing has an incredible time out there. Remember during your lowest moments that the hard times are actually the most memorable. You didn't sign up for easy, you signed up for hard. You'll remember the struggle, the doubt, the moment you pushed through anyway. That's what makes crossing the finish line taste so sweet. Next year Hayden will finally be old enough to run it with me, and we're absolutely doing it together. I can't wait for that father-son experience. Meanwhile, I have the Arizona Monster 300 coming up fast. Can't believe it's almost here already. Has it really been a year since I was playing with robot dogs and singing conversations with cacti in the desert hallucinations? Time flies. The race doesn't care if I feel ready or not. It's coming. Time to dig deep and see what this body has left after everything it's been through lately. Make this last day of the week count. LFG
