Happy Monday warriors! Best day of the week has returned to remind you it's time to start fresh. We have a clean slate today. Seven days laid out in front of us, ready to be conquered. Last week is officially in the past now. Monday doesn't care if last week was terrible or amazing. Maybe you stumbled and got nothing done. Maybe you felt like quitting multiple times. Monday doesn't care about any of that. Monday only cares about Monday. What you do with today. What you do with this week. For me personally, today is my wedding anniversary. Love me some Lauren - grateful for every year with her, especially through all the chaos lately. And today also marks the start of race week. Five days until Arizona Monster 300. Time to officially taper, dial everything in, and let the body recover before asking it to run 300 miles in extreme heat. The butterflies are real. The nerves are building. But so is the excitement.
