Happy Friday warriors! I had to look at my watch just now because I genuinely didn't know what day it was. I missed writing my morning journal entries this week, and so much has happened. The mind is still processing everything. Overall takeaway: I am profoundly grateful to be able to complete incredibly hard things. The Arizona Monster 300 tested me on a completely new level, beyond anything I've experienced before. I left everything on that desert course. Every ounce of strength, every bit of will, every reserve I didn't know existed. I died out there and was reborn on that course. The old Andy is still somewhere in the Arizona desert. But the new Andy runs among you now, fundamentally changed by what just happened. Just like my book says, I'm always looking to see what this body can do. And I found another answer out there in 300 miles of heat and suffering. You can make a million excuses or run a million miles. The choice is always yours. I chose the miles. Again. LFG
