Thrilled to see growing consensus that Congressional Democrats not hand Republicans more rope to hang us with and instead make demands in the continuing resolution fight. To do this successfully, they must refuse the framing of “government shutdown” and instead engage on their own (accurate!) terms: “We will not be accomplices to turning the government into a weapon against the American people.”
