After a few weeks and about 4000 snapshots later I find my way into the Ricoh GR IV.

For the most parts in the last year I carried my beloved m10 with a summicron 35f2 (version3) and often i found it a bit too slow for everyday snaps. I mean, I love this camera. The manual dials, the look and feel, everything. But sometimes it feels a bit too slow for the „unintentional“ moments. Moments where you see something interesting and just want to snap a picture of it. Therefore I wanted a smaller camera. One I can carry around in my pocket and also can give someone to shoot. Like my wife or my kids.

since then I carry it around wherever I go. Supermarket, jobs, even at home it‘s always by my side. The „M“ still is my love and I shoot with „her“ more intentionally, if this makes sense.
