Have to say — the recommendations feature here on Substack is really something

I’ve turned it on for a few friends and already sent them several hundred subscribers. And they have sent me many hundreds back. Amazing.

Used to write on my own blog - hosted on my own domain on Wordpress - with the thinking that I was getting a ton of users via SEO and with a interstitial that was generating hundreds of emails per day. But I realize that the recommendations feature is even more powerful and makes me realize I should have joined Substack easier!

Also have been loving the community here. Lots of great, smart people, replying kindly to each little comment here. Thanks for the support!
