I've thought about this for a year now - why I sailed the Atlantic to find ruined rainforest in which to plant trees - and nearly drowned, got lost in the jungle, but found my way to The Lost City of the Kogis, and a moment that brought such transformation.
The change came from three things:
1)Becoming Carbon Neutral brought quiet, connection, and wonder.
2)The sufferings of the journey, which had been immense, brought a sense of submission to what Life was offering.
3)But ultimately the greatest teachings came from the trees themselves.
