Absurd levels of floof from Weigela florida ‘Variegata’, which one of my neighbours has planted on an odd strip of land on the pavement side of their garden fence. As if the variegated leaves and pink flower combo are a guilty pleasure they couldn’t quite grant themselves permission to grow in the garden.

Their loss is our gain. No scent though, but you can’t have everything.
