Sorry to learn of your myocarditis, I’m sure you take as much care of yourself as possible. After nearly meeting the grim reaper X4 in my mid 50’s I was zombied on pain killers, sleeping tabs etc etc. Read up on the long term effects & binned em all. This was after reading about a trial of mice fed with 4 different corn oils. Control group rats food made with olive oil. Rats specifically bred with heart defects & or poor arteries. Corn oil rats all dead within 2 months. Olive oil rats still scampering about. After 3 months, Euthanised. Full dissections revealed 100% healthy hearts. Zero arterial plaque.
