This weekend, the same message hit me three different ways.

At a keynote. With my trainer. And while coaching a leadership client.

The reminder of wearing my weighted vest.

When we intentionally add weight, our body learns not to panic. It organizes. Our breath drops in and our nervous system finds something to work with instead of react to.

And it clicked for me…

This is leadership.

Holding more without spinning out. Staying grounded while things get heavy. Letting your system adapt instead of resist.

Body first. Then mind. Then something deeper that says… I’ve got this.

What feels like “too much” isn’t always too much.

Sometimes it’s exactly what our internal system needs to learn how to carry more, calmly.
