Ultraselfing
Spontaneously arise as the physical sensation of a persona.
Be moved by that persona for a minute or two.
Now merely breathe, and allow that persona to dissolve.
When the moment is right, allow a new persona to spontaneously arise.
Repeat.

This is a set-aside practice, not a way to be.
It is like asana yoga, but increasing flexibility in selfing instead of in the body.
One does not generally do downward-facing dog while checking out at a store, as it is usually not in relationship with the circumstances.
