When people talk about changing careers, "I was bored" doesn't sound as legitimate as "I wanted to grow" or "I got laid off."

But boredom is real.

Start paying attention to what interests you, even if it seems unrelated to your current career.

That's often where you can find your next chapter (at least, that’s what I did!)
