History was made today for ibogaine legislation.

Texas’s SB2308/HB3717 passed with 138-2 votes in the Texas House of Representatives on final reading today. The next step is the Senate has to agree to the amendment and then the legislation advances to Governor Abbott’s desk to sign into law.

Texas Representatives Brian Harrison and David Lowe, a U.S. Veteran, were the only two nays.
