Alert alert! Allergy life hot holiday tip!!!

  • 1 part sweetened condensed canned coconut milk (the cans I use are 11.25 oz)

  • 1 part Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips (you’ll need a little over 1 bag to match the can of coconut milk)

  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

Melt condensed coconut milk and chocolate chips (I use a metal bowl over a saucepan as a double boiler), watch to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Stir in peppermint extract (just check ingredients — simply organic has a good one)

Pour into parchment lined pan, let set, cut into squares.

Sneak a square every time your children are being ridiculous.

Decide you need new parameters for eating fudge because you might have a cavity before Christmas at this rate….
