The teaching examples for SIFT are excellent! It's very useful to see students "information forage" using genAI to dig into popular coverage of a scientific claim (eating chocolate helps you think) and for the cultural context for the "first gay kiss" on film. GenAI helps a teacher prep to make the SIFT exercise more relevant, and can offer more possibilities for students to investigate, enriching their research.
