This act will be more damaging to NZ than the Treaty Principles Bill would have ever been. Not only does this process show us exactly what the NZ Government thinks of the NZ public but they have 12 months to embed it, which then questions of the viability of repeal. In the campaign rhetoric next year look for how they promise to undo the damage, not simple a repeal.
