I played in the FA cup yesterday. At forty eight years old. It was scorching heat, intense, a dry grass pitch, bobbly , the ball bouncing right over your feet. We had so many chances but we weren’t able to score. We lost 3 - 1. But I’m still buzzing. Still can’t believe I got to do that…
