I was shocked at how easily my ex-husband could have divorced me without my knowledge. If he had just forged my signature on the decree, I would not have been notified at all except for the email stating that the judge had signed off and it was official. If my ex had put a fake email address for me on the paperwork, I would not have even seen that.
