It came from a US Military Lab, whether in Ukraine, the Lugar Lab in Georgia, Ft Detrick, Maryland, Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah - or some collaboration of several or all of them. China was SET-UP to be the Oswald in the story. We know this because the official narrative's timelines are all wrong. There was this test-run in June/July 2019:
