This is a great question on lenses or frames. Zero to One is a book I never tire of rereading. I’m currently writing a detailed note on a chemical company I’ve long tracked. Never used Thiel’s lenses to analyse it. It’s not a startup. Please don’t guess; it will be published soon, so guessing is futile :)
