I can see why Italians have a reputation for being leisurely and idle - it’s so fucking easy to eat food until you’re bloated and then lay half asleep off a wine buzz in the sun on a wire chair in the patio section of a restaraunt made of ancient stone. I can’t believe Romulus founded a city in such a place and didn’t succumb to the temptations of the soil. Maybe because they didn’t invent pizza and honey yet
