It's a busy time on the homestead right now so as much as I would like to sit down and write something there probably won't be much time for that for a while. I'm not complaining though as we are finally reaping the rewards of two years of soil remediation! Below are just a few things that I am preserving via fermentation and my freezer is jam packed with frozen veggies from the garden. So grateful! ☺️ 🙏
