‘The idea that the new innovations arrive but the old system stays in place is an anathema to the young. That would just mean the rich get richer and the poor get very much poorer and we miss the whole point of abundance. In my experience, the Boomers don’t believe in the abundance I am describing. They’ll dismiss all this as a “rose colored glasses” view of reality. They still see the old linear economy where the only way to get ahead was to work hard and get lucky. It’s not bad faith. It’s a literal failure of vision…. Those with Quatrovision see a turbocharged future. They are not asking for a bigger slice. They’re asking why we’re still using a knife when we can print the whole damn bakery and the pie too.’
Yes... The New System: of abundance, focused on the long-term (investing in the young/future), harnessing the latest innovations, and built for the collective is the opportunity right in front of us.
