The app for independent voices

My musical taste is varied, and I’ve way too many options, so narrowing this down to three songs was a challenge.

But, I’d probably go with:

Break My Soul by Hybrid

#1 Crush by Garbage*

Euclid by Sleep Token

*not the sweet version featured in Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo & Juliet, but the raw, dark version.

The final track (Euclid) was the first one to come to mind, and is a must! The others took more time… and there were so many others I wanted to include.

Malrik Raithmoor—The Liturgist, DAgerrald 📚 🐝, or Labyrinthia Mythweaver what would you select?

And, as a little insight into my musical past…

When I was younger, I was in a band named Choker. I wrote the lyrics, and drafted the melody with the guitarist. My poem Vodka Girl (in The Menagerie) was one of the songs I wrote. I was the singer, alongside another female vocalist.

I used to play piano, oboe, and every recorder from piccolo to bass. I was also in several different orchestras and choirs. I also have a family member who had a recording studio, which I recorded tracks in (most, I think, are likely lost now). He built his own equipment and synths, performing in a relatively successful ska-influenced band back in his day.

I haven’t done karaoke in like ten years, but the lineup that won me real money was:

1) Give me One Reason by Tracy Chapman

2) Killing me Softly by The Fugees

3) I feel Good by James Brown

I would love to know what Aoife Casey Ariadne Pautina and Walt Shuler answers would be.
