Thank you Johanna C. Eschwald for torturing me, too by requesting I choose one (1) favourite for each category. Like Johanna, I can’t always narrow things down to one, so I’m also opting for several where I need to.

Favourite Colour: Okay, this one I can choose just one, and it is black. All my clothes are black (with one exception) and my house is predominantly black and white.

Favourite Animal: I should probably say my dog, or any of my older pets… but I’m going with a generalised answer and say dragons. Or a phoenix. Or any member of the corvid family.

Favourite Movie: This is super hard to narrow down, so BladeRunner, Suckerpunch, Labyrinth are the first ones that come to mind.

Favourite Series: Sense8.

Favourite Filmmaker: I don’t have one, which I probably should because I studied film, but… anyway… moving on.

Favourite Actor: I don’t particularly have one, but I do like Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, and Christian Bale.

Favourite Actress: I don’t particularly have one of those either, but I do like Angelina Jolie, Tessa Thompson, and Charlize Theron.

Favourite Band: Sleep Token, they’re a must listen daily. But also Garbage and Spiritbox.

Favourite Food / Dessert: Coffee ice cream.

Favourite Drink: Black coffee.

Favourite Clothes: That entirely depends on the day, occasion, or requirements... but either way, they‘re black.

Favourite Novel: Nope, can’t answer that. It depends on how I’m feeling and what I’m looking for. I’ve books I enjoy because they’re easy, books I enjoy because I want to learn, books I enjoy because I want to be challenged. That said, House of Leaves by Mark Z Danielewski, The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, and The Fall of the House of Usher by Poe are regular re-reads.
