Having locked Josh in a cabin deep in the Great Northern Woods, Kyoko begins:

Josh's eyes slowly opened, and the world came to him. His world, anyway. The world in which he'd been confined.

He was lying naked on the bed in a rustic wooden cabin. A stuffed deer head with antlers hung on the wall by the door. A fire was flickering in the corner. Kyoko was sitting in a rocking chair by the fireplace. 

When realized he was there in a cabin with Kyoko, it was like his dream came true. Then he realized his arms and legs were pulled tight and locked in place at either corner of the bed. His dream had fucking come true!

"Ah, you are awake. I hope you had a restful sleep, because it will be your last."

Then he remembered: This Kyoko had been acting like a psychopath, not just a sadist. So: His dick got stiff.

"Looks like you're ready to begin."

Only then did Josh notice the peculiar collection of equipment around the cabin: saws with long metal blades, pitchforks, chains, a blowtorch.

"What are you doing?!"

"I'm just doing what you American men have done to my sisters of Izanami for centuries. Taking you and having my fun with you."
