Dinner in my lap: last night’s turkey, tomato, chickpea, and air-fried broccoli stew soup situation. I added some arugula tonight. That’s pretty much it! I think I forgot to share this last night but the one exciting thing here is that I went totally crazy with herbs from the garden (thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, and sage) and it was just fantastic. Tomato base was all thanks to Rao’s. So it was really just a matter of sauteeing a block of frozen ground turkey, air frying some broccoli, opening a can of chickpeas, and tossing it all together. You could definitely add rice or couscous or noodles but I am extremely full after eating a big bowl of this. Also, more room for dessert!
