Dinner in my lap: enormous bowl stuffed to the brim with spinach salad (cucumbers, craisins, roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, and pizzeria vinaigrette), roasted broccoli, carrots, and scallions, and air-fried salmon that was marinated in more of that vinaigrette. Have you all realized I wear the same sweatpants too often yet? Also, this salmon is from a company called Locavana and it might be my favorite ever. Check it out!
