PXED, owner of University of Phoenix, up 10% this morning. I’ve sold my shares which I bought from the IPO day.

The IPO lockup expired yesterday.

Typically a stock trades in weakness a weak or two out prior to the expiration date. In this case the stock didn’t do that. I have no idea how the stock will trade. For small retail investors like myself who can enter and exit a position with ease, there’s little upside I think to own share given the potential of increased volume.

Revenue will be on the low end of full year guidance given enrollment funnel pressures. Its still a very interesting story given the shift toward B2B enrollments. Very much a next year story at this point though.
