WEAll celebrates, and its network had a hand in the destruction of NYC's economy into world socialism. It traces back to a 1980s Council on Foreign Relations initiative that openly endorsed “a degree of controlled disintegration in the world economy” as “a legitimate objective.” CFR wrote that plan in 1977.

Far from being accidental, what Rubio called a “conscious policy choice” had already been laid out in black and white. 

The CFR also explicitly identified Hamilton’s tradition, known as the American System, as the framework they were seeking to undo. 

Degrowth and “managed decline” function as neo-Marxism under the banner of the Great Reset.
