The concept of exploded souvereignty is very cool. I wonder what the fuse could be for the explosion to happen.

I would like to propose that the fuse could be to reclaim our imagination as a space of enacted transformation, instead of a space for consuming entertainment.

If we can imagine new futures we realize how our capabilty and capacity should and could be. Intent then forms naturally.

Without an inner life we don't examine our outer life.

And didn't we learn from Socrates that the unexamined life, (a life without agency) is not worth living?
