Make money doing the work you believe in
One of the first pieces I published on this Substack appeared when there was almost no audience.
The argument was simple:
There is no single AI agency.
That is not necessarily a failure. It is the reality of how AI governance is emerging.
Over the past several weeks, much of my writing has explored the implications of that fact through procurement, deployment, accountability, and institutional authority.
Looking back, I think the core question remains:
How do we create accountability when authority itself is distributed?
