Started the weekend with a birdwatching meet-up along the banks of the South Platte River in downtown Denver. This female Red-tailed Hawk (light morph) landed on a branch just 20 feet from our little group. What a treat!

The City of Cuernavaca Park is named after Cuernavaca, Mexico—one of Denver’s sister cities.
