I was cleared to do exercise (low impact) and I walked about 3 miles, my goal was just 1 but I had more energy and was enjoying the sweat so much I didn't track it, so now i’ll make my daily 4-5 miles, and I brought my yoga mat with me so I got to do a post workout stretch outside on the grass <333 my brain was so happy, its insane how well it is for my mental health, I am so happy I’m allowed to move my body again.

that being said, if you aren’t disabled, do not take advantage of your mobility. a lot of people don’t have it or aren’t medically cleared to. I urge you to move if you can. that’s all. with love of course.
