Whenever we're out in public with our kids, we refer to the people around us as “neighbors.”

“Watch out, babe, our neighbor is trying to get past.”

“Let's give our neighbor a turn!”

This is true no matter where in the world we are- teaching our kids to view every human as part of their community is one of our highest parenting values.
