In anticipation of our Wikipedia events next Monday, I want to share this episode of Science of the Noosphere on Wikipedia as a kind of superorganism and grateful to David Sloan Wilson for sending it my way!

Wilson talks with longtime Wikipedia editor Risker/Anne Clin, who has spent 16 years in the trenches helping shape governance and resolve disputes. It’s a thoughtful look at how Wikipedia actually works from the inside.

As we get ready for our upcoming salon on digital cooperation, this felt especially relevant. Wikipedia is one of the clearest examples of cooperation online.
